Your anonymous job review.
You answer the questions either using school grades from 1 (very good) to 6 (unsatisfactory) or with “applies”, “partially applies” and “does not apply”. You can also choose “no response”. At the end of each section, there is space in a free-text field for suggestions for improvement and requests.
NOTE
The survey is conducted via Google Forms. Signing in to Google is only necessary if you want to save your progress.
