Income
Appreciation is a big deal to us! That’s why you can count on punctual, above-average pay with us. We always guarantee you at least €16 per hour. The hourly rate is stated for every shift and is often higher. For Blitz shifts, you’ll receive your money as early as the next working day. With us, you’ll earn more than the law requires from your very first shift – from 2027, we’ll raise the minimum to €17.
Compatibility
Your studies or career always come first! That is why we would like to offer you a part-time job where working hours and areas of responsibility can be arranged entirely freely and individually. Whether you have a hectic schedule at home or it is the semester break – no matter what direction your everyday life is taking at the moment, working at Staff Eins can easily be increased or paused. With our unique shift system, you decide individually how much and exactly where you would like to work. You will not find greater flexibility anywhere else!
Trust
Everyone who works at Staff Eins is at the heart of what we do – your satisfaction and trust are our top priorities! We therefore offer numerous communication channels for direct contact and prompt feedback from your contacts. This gives you the opportunity to share any concerns and wishes, which we always greatly value and take seriously. All matters are handled conscientiously and exclusively internally – your data will never be passed on to third parties. We want to earn your trust and give you the reassurance you need.
Responsibility
You can rely on us! You can sit back and relax before and after your assignment, because we take responsibility for the entire process – from planning and organisation through to invoicing. We want to keep the effort required from you to an absolute minimum. Whenever you have questions or encounter difficulties, we are happy to offer advice and practical support, showing you where to go and what to do next. To ensure you have the best possible working conditions on site, we agree specific guidelines with the client companies regarding break times, catering and conduct. We are here to make sure you are well looked after!
Reliance
When a harsh wind is sweeping through your wallet, you can rely on Staff Eins! We offer a range of employment contracts tailored perfectly to your personal circumstances. This gives you the opportunity to meet your individual needs independently. Our promise naturally also includes ensuring that, on site, you will only be assigned to the areas of work you have chosen yourself in advance. If any difficulties arise during work or you simply want to get something off your chest, we are always available – with a dedicated contact person who meets you on equal terms. Whenever life gets stormy again, we are happy to be your anchor!
Improvement
You do not always head in the right direction straight away – what matters is that you correct your own course when necessary. Our aim is to keep improving and to regularly scrutinise our own processes. With WebEins.net we offer you a specially developed online platform that simplifies deployment planning, data management and billing. At Staff Eins, we aim to harmonise not only social and economic aspects, but also ecological ones: through the conscientious use of resources and the protection of our environment, for example by using green electricity, we make an important contribution to sustainability.
