FOUR QUESTIONS, FOUR ANSWERS.

Data collection on this website.

The overview first. The legal basis, recipients and storage period are set out separately for each processing operation in the following sections.

Who is responsible?

Data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator. Their full contact details can be found in the legal notice and again at the end of this page.

How do we collect your data?

Firstly, by providing it to us, for example via a contact form. Secondly, our IT systems automatically collect technical data such as browser, operating system and time of page access when you visit the website.

What do we use them for?

Some of the data ensures that the website is delivered without errors and remains secure. We only process data for audience measurement if you have given your prior consent.

What rights do you have?

You may at any time request, free of charge, information about the origin, recipients and purpose of your stored data, request its correction, deletion or restriction of processing, and object to processing.

An informal email to datenschutz@staffeins.de is sufficient to exercise any of these rights or to ask a question. You do not need a form.

NOT EVERY COOKIE REQUIRES CONSENT.

Cookies, audience measurement and consent.

Cookies are small text files that your browser stores. They do not cause any harm to your device. We set technically necessary cookies, for example for language selection or the security of the website, without consent. The legal basis is Section 25(2) TDDDG and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Anything beyond this, such as reach measurement, statistics and embedded third-party services, will only be stored and accessed after you have given your consent. The legal basis is Section 25(1) TDDDG and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw your consent at any time; this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out up to that point.
