YOU’LL ONLY FIND THIS HERE.

Work where your friends are.

Friend layers turn colleagues into your team: you connect once, then from that point on you can see each other’s shifts and the system will preferentially schedule you together. Setting up an event on a Saturday feels different when your best friend is lending a hand – ask Aylin below.

THREE STEPS. THEN YOU ARE A TEAM.

This is how friendship layers work.

No tricks, no small-print conditions – just three steps and two clear data protection rules: mutual consent and private figures stay private.

1

Network with each other

In the app, you send a friend request – via link or QR code, even if your friend has not registered yet. You are only connected once both of you agree. Nothing happens without a double yes.

2

See what’s happening

From now on, you can see which shifts your people are applying for and where they are assigned – company, time, role. Nothing more: earnings and ratings always remain private.

3

You will be assigned together.

Apply together with one click. The system treats you as a team and preferentially assigns you together – because well-established teams work better for everyone.

And what if you want to work without your people for a while? No problem – every application remains your own decision, and you can pause visibility at any time.

THIS IS WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE IN THE APP.

One glance is all it takes: Who works where and when?

On the left, you can see the real view from the app: your friends’ shifts as a feed, with the button for the joint application next to it. No searching, no group chat chaos – you simply see where your people are and join them with one click.

By the way, the feed only shows what the friend has shared. Anyone who prefers to keep their shifts to themselves can simply turn off visibility – for individual people or altogether.

TWO TEAMS LEADING THE WAY.

Genuine pairs from the pool.

Both stories are real, both teams work together regularly – and both have given their written consent to publication. This is what it sounds like to work with your own people:

“We registered together and have worked almost exclusively as a pair ever since – events, stocktakes, even at the harbour once. Honestly, even the early shift is okay when there are two of you.”

“Tim invited me when warehouse work got too dull on his own. Now we plan our weekends through the friends feed. Sounds odd, works brilliantly.”

EHRLICH GESAGT: DIE BETRIEBE LIEBEN DAS AUCH.

Why we built the feature – the whole truth.

Established teams cancel less often, work together more quickly and come back. Businesses benefit from that – which is why the system rewards joint applications. So you do not get a bonus because we are being nice, but because it works for everyone. Those are exactly the kinds of deals we like: win-win, no catches, no small print.
